• Leigh Smith
  Leigh is the founder of the Dylan Smith Foundation as well as the founder of the Inspire Refuel women's network, which is unifying the social energies of women with Christian values to make a difference in the world. Leigh has substantial experience in senior customer service, administration and management, and served as Office Manager to a staff of 120 in the banking division of an international IT company. "One of my favourite quotes is 'The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose'. It took a series of tragedies to awaken me to this wisdom. I trust it won't cost you nearly as much."

• Peta Simpson
  As the owner of New Staff Solutions Peta is among the Sunshine Coast's most respected business figures and also one of its most decorated. Most recently Peta was one of six State Finalists in the Queensland 2008 Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year. "Sometimes stuff just happens in life; and sometimes that stuff can be prevented, but not always. Leigh Smith holds a vision for a better world that I desire to be part of... to live a life of purpose and support families who are suffering; to understand why and act for change in their lives".

• Amanda Clarke
  Amanda is an Industrial Psychologist by profession and prior to assuming day to day management of her husband's Orthopaedic Surgery Practice and indulging her passion for travel and shoes... Amanda was the national head of human resources for a large industrial group. "Through my two children who attended school with Leigh and Bill's children, I was able to regularly glimpse into the lives of the Smith family and witness what they were going through when their eldest son was diagnosed with cancer. Their experience was precisely what we all as parents fear and dread.

• Karen Perttula
  Karen has 20 years experience in the financial services industry and is the owner of Lakeshore Finance, which she founded in 1998. Karen attributes her success to fostering a working environment that parents of young families are able to thrive in; balancing work and family life. She is the mother of twins and has first hand experience of the emotional stress as well as the practical challenges of having babies born at just 29 weeks and hospitalised far from home. "I am very excited to be a part the Dylan Smith Foundation, which is saturated with talent and purpose".

• William (Bill) Smith
  Bill is an internationally recognised expert in authentic branding, digital media and change management. He established one of the first internet service providers in the UK in 1994, which later became part of a global agency network where he influenced the strategies of some of the world's best known brands and directed teams of designers, technical architects, business analysts, project managers and developers to deliver multi-million dollar communications initiatives. He continues to deliver independent strategic advice and support services to selected clients.
